Greeting from Japan! I live in rural Shiga Prefecture just 1km from Japan's largest lake, Lake Biwa. I'm trying my hand at homesteading with a flock of hens, a rooster, two ducks (male and female), large garden, and plans for other enterprises. I'm just learning so, unfortunately, I don't have a lot of expertise to share, but I hope you'll enjoy reading about my experiences and adventures.
